Improving Efficiency and Effectiveness to Benefit Students
In December 2015, Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) contracted with Gibson Consulting Group, Inc. to conduct an Educational and Operational Efficiency Audit to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the district’s major operations and programs. This work took place over three phases, as described below:
The recommendations presented by Gibson Consulting are being reviewed by District staff to determine what implementation is appropriate.
